My name is Kelsey this is my shop! Here’s a little on my story. My journey began at my mother's side, watching and helping as she transformed simple ingredients into something magical. What started as a childhood curiosity soon blossomed into a lifelong passion. Over the years, that love for the kitchen has evolved into a craft of my own, specializing in the delicate art of baking and handmade candies.

Currently, I am refining my skills through formal training and am set to graduate with my Associates degree in Baking and Pastry in May 2026. Every treat I create is a step toward my ultimate dream: opening a cozy, cottage-vibe cafe where every guest feels right at home.
